A Child Car Seat From Times Past

Can you believe what you are seeing?

I remember seeing seats like this when I was a kid but never sat in one when I was an infant that I can remember.

I don’t know if it is true, but my Mom said they put me on the floor behind the front seat, which may not have been much better.
