Unrecognized Talent
This story reminded me of a situation that occurred many years ago when I was the Marketing Director at a high-tech startup in Southern California.
My job required me to work closely with the engineering staff who would turn my product requirements into reality. Consequently, I had numerous daily interactions with them.
