Critical Race Theory For Dummies

I have long maintained that Critical Race Theory was the mother of wokeness.

Christopher Rufo took the lead on CRT a few years ago and hit the nail on the head.

Then, the Manhattan Institute’s City Journal carried Rufo’s essay on “The child soldiers of Portland.”

This was followed by a City Journal post, “The Woke-Industrial Complex,” his report on Lockheed Martin. 

Rufo posted the introductory video below on YouTube. It is the most comprehensive thing I have seen on the topic. He writes:

The debate about critical race theory is coming to a peak this week, with coverage in all major media outlets—and a fierce disinformation campaign from its supporters, who claim that opponents “don’t understand CRT,” that it’s “not being taught in schools,” and that state legislation seeks to “ban the teaching of history.”

Thankfully, the tables have turned, and President Trump dropped the hammer on wokeness, which was long overdue.
