During my lifetime I have known only two pathological liars. I often wondered if they could tell I thought they were full of shit, as I didn’t challenge them, I just listened. It wouldn’t have done any good, so why argue.
Eventually, I just distanced myself from them. After some time, I learned that the first one had lost everything, including his wife and job, and was having a hard time finding a new job.
