The Democrats wish this report was never written which is clear because it has been removed from most sources where it was formerly available, including The American University Site, in hopes that people won’t see it because it is a blueprint on how to conduct fair and accurate elections, which they don’t want. In fact, if you think about it, this document provides ideas on how to actually steal an election. Just think about everything that been happening since the beginning of 2020.
The Commission on Federal Election Reform, co-chaired by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former U.S. Secretary of State James A. Baker, III, issued its report with 87 recommendations on September 19, 2005.
The Commission was organized by American University’s Center for Democracy and Election Management (CDEM) with the object of identifying ways that future elections could be improved over past ones.
The project goal was to focus on evaluating the impact of the Help America Vote Act and to bring the Commission’s recommendations to the attention of the executive and legislative branches of federal and state governments and to the public.
