Several years ago we put this small birdhouse up on our back deck.
Each Spring a new family moves in to continue their life cycle. We have had to empty the contents because it is packed full of nesting materials.
A just came across an interesting video, below this photo, showing the creation of a new nest, the laying of eggs, then baby birds, and then ultimately leaving the nest to start the cycle over again.
It’s short but very interesting.
